Rooms and Facilities

Chart Hill Cottage Bed & Breakfast offers three double guest bedrooms, one of which can also provide twin accommodation if preferred. All are decorated to a very high standard of comfort and have their own stylish private facilities: two of the bedrooms have en suite luxury shower rooms whilst the third, which can be a superking double or a twin, has its own private contemporary bathroom a few steps away from the bedroom (not en suite).

Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and well appointed with Hynos or Vi-Sprung pocket sprung beds, crisp White Company pure cotton bedlinen and quality bath linen. Tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water and biscuits, hairdryer, free wifi internet access and flat screen digital TV with Freeview channels are available in each room. The Orchard Room with its kingsize French cherry bed offers magnificent views of the Weald. It has an en suite shower room for you to enjoy.

The Brambles Room with its superking size bed can also be arranged as a twin bedded room. Just let us know. Brambles has its own contemporary private bathroom a few steps away from the bedroom (we provide fluffy towelling robes and slippers for you) with a large bath and separate standalone shower. Enjoy the splendid views whilst pampering yourself in the bathroom!

The Hillside Room has a kingsize mahogany bed and en suite shower room. The room has lovely rural views of the neighbouring barns.

A guest lounge with two open fireplaces is also available for you to take in the views of the Weald or relax by the log fire. Lots of information on Kent and the local countryside and attractions, together with maps and books for you to enjoy, can be found in the guest lounge.
