Deposit and cancellation policy:  A deposit is normally required to secure your room. Seven days' notice is required for all cancellations otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

Please note our check in/out times:  Check in time is from 16:00 to 18:00hrs. If you need to check in at an alternative time due to a special event, please let us know and we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements. 
 
Check out time is 10:00hrs on weekdays and 10:30hrs on weekends and bank holidays.

Non-Smoking:  We are a non-smoking establishment throughout the property.

Sorry no pets:  We cannot accommodate pets (other than assistance guide dogs) because we have Molly and Bertie, our friendly Norfolk Terriers!
